1. what was your name as a child? what was your nickname? did you like it? why? what made it special?
2. what was your favorite color and why?
3. imagine what you wore as a child. imagine your outfits. describe what you used to wear. what drew you to those clothes?
4. what was your favorite food? favorite desert? how did it make you feel?
5. did time seem really long or really short?
6. what were some long term desires you had?
7. what’s one thing you really looked forward to as a child?
8. what’s one thing you hated? one thing you couldn’t stand? what made you sad?
9. when you were upset, what would you do to process it? who did you learn on? did you talk to anyone? did you shut down? why?
10. what was your favorite show? what was your favorite character? why? what did it make you feel within?
11. how did you feel about your birthday? why?
12. how much did you understand about your parents and the world? did you wish to know more or less? what type of impact did it have on you to know what you did?

21. what was something you genuinely loved that other people made you leave behind? any parts of you that you were shamed for that you hid? maybe pick it up again (if it’s healthy)
22. any odd phobias or fears you had? why? where does it come from?
23. who were you before the world, parents, friends, and family molded you into the standards of desirability? what did you truly believe to be desirable? what did you believe to be true before you knew anything else?
24. what was one thing in the whole wide world that you really wanted to do? have you don’t it yet?
hold onto that dream. figure out who you were and what you believed before the world got to you. heal any wounds stemming from childhood & accomplish your goals. this child is always within you, waiting to make an appearance. have fun. laugh more & eat your favorite food.
