Lacking energy & having to study 'mental models' for discipline to get anything done is not normal

Emotions are symptoms
Symptoms are data
It's your body communicating to you
Thinking does not resolve the amount of energy flowing through you

Stress = Tension & Density
Tension & Density = less flow of current
Less flow of current = lower energy in motion
Lower energy in motion = lower vibration
Lower vibration = not resonating with higher energy behaviors/mindsets/actions/beliefs
Stressors are chaos (dis-order/dis-ease)
> Chemical - Food, substances
> Environmental - dust/allergens/mold/toxins
Social, stimulation, temperature, lack of sun
> Physical - muscle tension, nervous system, etc
The more stressors present mean the 5 physical senses heighten
Which lowers the 6th senses - intelligence, intuition, imagination
5 physical senses heightened is a lingering fight, flight, freeze response
Thinking becomes binary, black & white
Unable to process information
The creates a higher brainwave state (high beta)
Reactive instead of proactive
Anxious instead of awareness
Doubtful instead of decisive
'Alpha' comes from the brainwave states
It's not a 'mental model' or chest beating thing
The Alpha brainwave state is:
- Decisive
- Proactive
- Confident
- Disciplined
Lo-beta is the optimal state for learning. Awareness to absorb information without being anxious
and without being gullible & accepting everything with no processing/thinking
ATP = Energy

It won't change the biochemical processes to produce ATP

The hormones/stressors mentioned impact the ATP cycle

Burnt out over stimulated dopamine receptors essentially make it impossible to:
- Focus
- Enjoy anything
- Feel the desire to do anything

this was very sloppily put together in 5 minutes off the top of my head lol
if we get a good response i'll definitely put out proper & more structured articles, pdfs, and threads on this concept
so many key bits were left out of the thread I just realized haha
