You as a man must have a strong frame, because water takes shape of the container its stored in and can be used. A stream wildly flowing of water isn't useful till its been lead into a dam, bucket or glass. We as men have the power and responsibility of being that container...
A weak bucket may hold water but when it cracks and displays weakness, the water will pressurise that point until it either leaks or breaks. This is a metaphor for leadership. Women actually want to be carefree and safe within the confines of a strong frame, not to worry
What value has a brittle bucket? None. No matter how much the water pushes against you, be firm and stable. Lead her and give her the safety and freedom to express her devine feminine within the context of your sturdy protective frame, she'll respect you and thank you for it.
Ultimately, be a man. Lead. Chase excellence. Cause if you break under pressure, that water will spill all over. And once it has, you can try your best to recollect it, but it will have been contaminated, and won't ever amount to the same it was before. There's a lesson in this.
