Gupta Empire inscriptions of Emperor Chandragupta II were found in Gilgit-Baltistan in Hunza Rock Saves. One of the northernmost regions of the subcontinent. Very few people know this. Check the map to get a better idea of how far North this is.
There are short inscriptions on the Hunza Rocks in Sanskrit in Gupta Brahmi script and some in Kharoshti Script.

According to the Government of Pakistan itself in a UNESCO report, the Rock Carvings at Haldeikish have inscriptions in Kharoshti, Brahmi, Proto-Sharada, Sharada script.
