In women's international day. I'd love to shed light on women's struggling in the middle of this online chaos! Most of the working women today are working from home. "Including me".

I was over the moon when I started this new approach to this new work environment. However, new challenges -as usual- rise up, for most women the work-life balance is more difficult now, the burden of productivity, effectiveness while being socially isolated is a huge one!

But at the end of the day, we (will) overcome these new old "existed" struggles. #internationalwomensday2021
