How should we adapt the ventilator during CPR?
🔸PEEP 0 (⬆️ venous return)
🔸FiO2 100, Vt 8/kg (adequate oxygenation)
🔸RR 10 (adequate ventilation)
🔸Pmax 60 (allows Vt during compressions)
🔸Trigger OFF (stop compressions triggering)
🔸I:E = 1:5 (adequate insp time)
