What I have just quoted is the OT in which the inheritance laws were given. Jesus never stipulated inheritance laws and came to fulfil the law, not abolish it. I've seen many attempts by Paulines trying to circumvent this issue, mostly citing Job.
The Biblical Inheritance Laws have been described by Rabbi Louis Epstein in his book about Jewish Marriages where he states:
βThe continuous and unbroken tradition since the Biblical days gives the female members of the household, wife and daughters, no right of succession to the family estateβ
