This is a major lesson that I learned whilst working in a corporate setting.
1. Befriend everyone, even low character beings. You never know when you’ll need them.
Just don’t make the mistake of opening up to them. This will be used against u in the future.

2. Never confront ANYONE. And most deff, never confront an emotional person.
You’ll only be outing yourself and end up having eyes on you. To win, you need to do so indirectly.

2. Best way to “win” is to bait an emotional person into outing themselves.
Most emotional people are impulsive. Use this against them, and you’ll keep your hands clean.

It essentially comes down to avoiding impulse. Be as stoic as possible, and even then, there’ll be times where things will get under your skin.
Sleep on it. Never react on impulse. This’ll lead to you making mistakes, and playing straight into the emotional person’s game.

Can’t tell you how many people I got rid of by simply using these tactics. Best of all, my hands remained clean, and we got rid of the cancerous beings.
