🌸Normal PLT
🌸⬇️ WBC /Anemia

BM consists of 2 cell clusters:
🌸minor ( green ) in Lymphocyte region
🌸predominant ( purple ) with lower CD45 intensity /1

🌸But even though this population is located in the granulocytes region, it’s not expressing much of the myeloid and monocytic antigens 🤔
