A dispute is brewing between the Club and Girona loanee Monchu. The player claims that he free of contractual obligations to Barcelona; Barça claim they still have a say in what happens next for the player.
The club has offered Jandro Orellana a new 2-year deal. He would play for the B-Team next season, but might do the preseason with the senior squad
Oriol Busquet also has a 2-year offer from the club on the table. The idea is that he would be a B-team player next season.
The club is working on a loan deal for Almeria striker Jordi Escobar to reinforce the attack. Deals for Bernabé & Kays have been complicated by Pimienta's departure.
Finally, most of the coaching staff at La Masia see their contracts expire on June 30; many of them have uncertain futures at the club. Juvenil A assistant coach Alberto Encinas has already announced his departure.
