How to train your mind to develop GOD LEVEL self confidence

Over the past few years I've realised the power of thought
Many of us constantly talk about what we don't want to happen
And then we're surprised when it manifests and happens
Your thoughts are seeds that grow into your reality
This is actually a good thing.
All of life starts within and flows outward.
To be an immovable object of self confidence,
You need to take complete ownership over the contents of your conscious mind
When you're stable at your core
Nothing will faze you
I will try and break this down for you.
You cannot be confident in your shoes if you do not understand the person wearing said shoes.
Define who you are.
Your values, boundaries & principles
These are set in stone once defined
They will be the lighthouse to your ship.
Your life must reflect these values.

Dr William James of Harvard believes,
Actions and feelings go together. When you control action, you indirectly control the feeling
To develop superior values begin by acting as if you already possess them.
Act the part and eventually you will get there.
⚔️ Components of self confidence
➼ Self control
➼ Self mastery
➼ Self sufficiency
➼ Self discipline
When you strive to attain these you create mental friction.
Like weight lifting they break down mental systems and build them back stronger &
You create permanent values.
⚔️ Belief is Powerful
The world will assign value to you based on your self evaluation
It is yourself you need to convince before you try to convince others
Think about this - You do not believe what you see, you see what you believe.
Your beliefs manifest as realities
⚔️ Identify areas to improve
Make a self assessment. Be honest and vulnerable with yourself.
➼ At what Point do you usually give up?
➼ What makes you anxious?
➼ What keeps you from progressing?
➼ Negative feedback received
➼ What do I run away from?
Remember,
Weaknesses are not failures.
Imperfections are not inadequacies.
Merely hurdles to jump over.
Adopt a growth mindset.
How do I conquer these weaknesses?
Make a plan and advance
Internet is your best resource - Ton of good advice out there.
Stick with one.
⚔️ Negativity Bias
Tendency to dwell on one negative aspect and overlook positives
Over ride it with this trick,
Put your arm over your heart or forearm gently as if to soothe you
This activates the tend and befriend mental response
It's an evolutionary stress reliever
Your body houses your mind and spirit.
Your body changes your mind, your mind will change your behaviour.
Building a strong physique is a MUST
You cannot expect to be weak and self assured. NO SUCH THING.
Learn an art of self defence
No greater boost to confidence than this
⚔️ Mindfulness
It's not religious, it's not mysterious
It certainly will not solve all your problems
It's only keeping your attention in the present moment
You can achieve this by keeping your attention on your breath
Do this before any activity that gives you anxiety
2 techniques to practice being mindful,
➼ Focus on each part of your body starting from your head moving down to your toes. As you move over each part imagine them relaxing.
➼ Deep breath imagining inhaling white cleansing light and exhaling darkness. Repeat.
