It's ever increasing successive discrimination something like compound interest that double down its harassment against UCs/Savarnas w/ each step. Something like if you (UC/Savarna) somehow survived the poverty pit imposed on you in education it will be imposed on you in job one.

So at this point it doesn't matter for a large number of X that they got limited excess to education. They're on the same page as those UCs/Savarnas who were denied admission in the college in the beginning. Only difference now is this subset of X has a useless paper : Degree.
By 1st denying a large number of UC/Savarna admission in college (which they could get in normal situation) & then denying job opportunities to a large percentage of X, state successfully kept those UCs/Savarnas into endless poverty pit from where they will never recover.
