You won't recognise your weak self after this.

To completely change yourself for the better, you need to put yourself into uncomfortable situations.
Discipline & control are keys to success & a fulfilling life. This challenge was formulated to make you a master at both of them.
Whilst also making you smarter & healthier.
I assure you, you will be a much better version of yourself after this. Say goodbye to being depressed and living on automatic.
This will help you find purpose and reason. It will help take your addictions away. It will make you WANT to earn your dopamine.
The rules are simple.
You try to get 90 days in a row with as many of the guidlines as possible.
Everytime you fail, for example you complain, your 90 day counter for that thing resets.
Hardcore mode means if you fail at even 1 thing, ALL the counters reset.
I dare you.

1. Morning Routine
He who wins the morning conquers the day.
Most millionaires (& richer) swear by morning routines.
A good, consistent morning routine builds discipline, sets you up for a productive day, and get's a lot of things done before the day unfolds.
Here is my morning routine. You can just copy it completely, adjust it a bit to fit your personal needs, or even add stuff.

I meditate twice daily. A perfect slot for a meditation session is in the morning routine.
I suggest you get the app "Waking Up". It goes into great detail on the why and how to meditate.
Throughout of all my years practicing meditation, reading into it & watching videos about it, Waking Up has been the best guide by far.

3. Semen Retention
I won't go into depth on the details. Look for my previous and upcoming posts about all the benefits.
But in short, think of your balls as only being able to give maximum life/energy/strength/IQ/ability to your sperm or to YOU.
4. Fasting
Fasting has benefits for the body like autophagy, fat loss, & cellular "toughness", but also for your mind.
Think extra focus, will power, eating for survival vs pleasure, increasing dopamine sensitivity.
I like a 16/8 regiment. 16 hours fast. 8 hours feed.
5. No PMO
This means is you're not allowed to watch porn, masturbate, or orgasm in ANY way, shape, or form. No gifs, videos, pics, "soft" porn, or thoughts. NOTHING. Even from your wife.
Everytime you get an urge, go out the room & do something active. Jog. Push Ups. Work.
6. Read
Reading means you are gaining the knowledge from another mind.
Don't read fiction, read books that will improve you in some way.
Reading fits in the morning routine. 30min AD is a good start.

7. In Bed by 10 PM
Having a morning routine means you'll be waking up at the same time everyday. If it's at 6AM, you'll need to be in bed by atleast 10PM.
This will also help to remove any TV/social media time & late-night porn urges.
8. Only ingest what You can find in nature
This is self explanatory. To make it even simpler, just do the carnivore diet. Only eat meat/eggs/liver/cheese/milk/butter/cream. Add some fruits
ONLY drink water & coffee/tea. No soda/alcohol/sweetener/flavouring.
9. No complaining
You are not allowed to complain in any way, shape, or form. Not even thoughts. "Ahh SHIT" and similar also counts as complaining.
Complaining thoughts will constantly arise. Immediately let go & replace them with feelings of gratitude towards something.
10. Daily activity
I believe in an intense form of exercise called High Intensity Training. So I do this maximum twice a week. On those days, the session will count as my "daily activity". On the other days, practise sport, walk, play with the kids, work etc. 1 hour at least.
11. Cold Shower
After you're done washing, spend 5 minutes under the coldest water possible. Make sure the water gets to the most sensitive parts: chest, back, abs, sides, groin, head, face, neck.
Try to relax and be stoic under this extreme discomfort. No faces.
12. No TV/anime/series/social media
Only Twitter is allowed. And for an hour a day only.
No TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook/Chatting apps like Whatsapp or Telegram.
Allowed to only sit and read/work while family watches TV.
Replace it with productive things.

The 90 days is no set time. Because people might reset their counters often.
