“what do i say? hey you’re my soulmate ahaha” jungkook sighed
“well yeah? say hi? be his friend? you guys are literally soulmates, meant to be.”

“come on bunny you can do it.”

jungkook looked up at taehyung who was talking to the other two new students.
“i’ll talk to him when he’s alone.” he nodded.
“okay that’s good.” jin smiled

you both are soulmates and it must be exciting to finally see colors.” jimin smiled.
“yeah it is.” tae smiled a little “but i’m scared to talk to him, i don’t even know what to say and you both know i suck at making new friends.” tae sighed

“well start by saying hi.” yoongi shrugged
“yeah i’ll do it when he’s alone.” taehyung looked down at his book.
“tae i know you’re scared baby and it’ll be okay, he looks like a nice person.” jimin knew he was scared
“thank you.” he replied.

jungkook and taehyung both decided they were going to use the bathroom at the same time.
they just looked at each other and headed over.
jungkook took a deep breath before speaking.
“um hi.” jungkook cleared his throat.
“hi.” taehyung replied back

“so, nice weather we’re having.” jungkook tried making a conversation.
“yeah.” taehyung nodded “colors are pretty.”
“yeah they are.” jungkook leaned against the wall and taehyung against the stall
“so you’re new here huh?”
“yeah just moved back again.” tae nodded.

“that’s cool, i’m jungkook by the way.” he introduced himself
“i’m taehyung.”
and it got quiet again.
but jungkook spoke up.
“so we’re soulmates.” he said.
taehyung looked up at him before slowly nodding.
“yeah.” he was scared.
“soo what exactly do soulmates do?”

“i’m not sure, my friends are soulmates and they’re dating.” taehyung shrugged
“so are mine.” jungkook answered.
“yeah.” taehyung smiled a little.
jungkook bit his lip as he was nervous
“do you want to be friends?” he asked.
“sure.”

“great! then i can show you around, our teacher gives us so much work sometimes i feel like jumping off a cliff.” he joked.
taehyung laughed a little.
“my old teacher did too.”
“guess you’re not very lucky huh?”
“looks like i’m not.”

and they both walk back to class together.
“so did you guys talk?” both yoongi and jimin asked at the same time.
“we did.” tae nodded “i made a new friend.”
“that’s good!” they both clapped.

“yeah we’re friends now.”

jin smiled “i’m proud of you.”
“thank you hyung.” jungkook smiled and focused back on his work.
later after classes they all saf together jin and yoonmin began talking a lot meanwhile taehyung and jungkook just listened and had small talks themselves.

they ended up sharing numbers so they could talk.
jungkook was happy because it was a good start.
meanwhile taehyung was still scared and worried

“i’ll buy you all the banana milk in the world if you let me sleep a little.” taehyung said as he snuggled the pillow
“hmm good deal but now, we have to prepare for the test hyung.” jungkook pulled the sheets from him
“now get up and study before i take away all your

chocolates.” jungkook threaten
taehyung quickly opened his eyes and stood up
“you’re so mean jeon jungkook.” he pouted
“im the nicest person you’ll ever know.”
“it’s not april fools darling.” taehyung opened his book and yawned “boring.” he said making jungkook giggle.

it’s been almost a year and jungkook he’s a loser in love, he said that his feelings for taehyung wouldn’t get in the way but sometimes they did.
and taehyung he felt happy, he was and a part of him wanted more with jungkook but a part of him was scared still.

“jungkook?” he called out.
they both finally decided to flak about it this day.
“yes hyung?” jungkook’s attention was now on him
“if we ever dated, do you think we could work it out?”
that question made jungkook freeze for a second

“o-oh i’m not sure.” he cleared his throat “why are you asking?”
“would you hurt me?” taehyung wasn’t paying attention to what he was saying now
“jungkook sometimes i do want to date and fall in love but i’m scared that the person i want doesn’t want me and that they’ll

get tired of me, but yet again i want to feel loved and be happy, i remember the feeling was good.”
jungkook just sat there listening to him.
“i could never hurt you.” he spoke “if you gave me a chance i could prove it to you.” he was hinting something.

“would you?” tae asked
“i would, so hyung let me prove it to you, let me love you and let me show you how much i love you.” jungkook confessed “i’ve never wanted to say anything because i respect you, but now you’re speaking on it and i’m willing to show you.”

taehyung nodded
“i-i’ll give you a chance to show me, but please be patient with me i’m still scared.”
jungkook nodded. “i’ll wait for you.” he smiled
“thank you jungkook.”
deep inside taehyung had a tiny crush on jungkook but he didn’t say anything

only he knows what he feels for jungkook.
he trusted him and is willing to try with him.
jungkook was happy they finally spoke on this again.

and ever since that day taehyung has felt the happiest man.
jungkook was been treating him so well.

they both went on dates and jungkook made sure to be there for taehyung for everything, when he was sick, when he was sad or mad, when he needed help.
and he would buy food for him because taehyung loved food.
jungkook proved his love and taehyung after years finally

healed and he could finally fall in love again.
ever since he started dating jungkook he felt his heart full and he found himself feeling very happy.
he finally felt complete, jungkook was his other half.

“jungkook i love you.” taehyung smiled.
jungkook gasped and teared up a little.
“hyung i-i love you too.”
this was the first time they both said “i love you” to each other and it felt so good.
they both cried and kissed each other.

they both felt like the happiest men in the world.
