In terms of performance I was on my A game for the most part, I did start to see minor flaws in how I could approach things... I am well aware of them, hoping to see more improvement moving forward.

Finally, I just want to say that $$$ is absolutely a byproduct of best practices, processes & systems.
Forget about how much you want to make or how much you will make, that's not how you make it.
It's about those sparks of joy when you improve just that tiny bit each day.
