Why were Eunuchs promoted by Mughals?
The Mughals wouldn't suspect Eunuch slaves of having any physical relations with women of their harem. Eunuchs were heavily employed in harem labor. And since Eunuchs did not have descendants/family, they had strong loyalty to their masters
