Breathing is our continuous and universal connection
Particular breathing patterns will activate brain networks and influence every aspect of your existence
• All Cardiac Function
• Mood, Memory, Attention, Clarity
•Nervous System Modulation

All of us should spend more time nasal breathing
But know that your body can fundamentally change based on how you breathe ( over the years):
•mouth vs. nasal breathing
•left vs right nostril dominance
•respiratory rate (nervous system overdominance)
• Sleeping breathing mechanics
Your body's organic matter will shape around the input and stimulus you provide it ( how you breathe for example). And you are in no way shape or form symmetrical
• Favor one lung over the other
• Diaphragm may become overdominant on one side
• Rib flares and scoliotic changes
These changes will have an effect on all of your body's musculoskeletal ( and fascia) capabilities. How you live and interact in the world, and especially with more dynamic activities ( such as running, lifting, yoga, etc).
Spend time seriously examining your breathing. It affects all areas of your existence (seriously).
