However, the biggest mistake people make is not optimizing their flows
How can I improve my flows? What is missing?
Abadon cart should include a dynamic product image (Showing them the products they've added to their cart
You can also create a custom flow for the best selling product
You'll want to educate them, show the product in hand, reviews - that's handling all of their objections

You'll want to include:
-Incentive for signing up
-Brand story
-Diaplys reviews
-What sets you apart from competitors
-Remind them of incentive as well
Thank you/post purchase
Depending on the size of the brand you'll want to have 2-6 emails
You can have emails
-Thanking them for their purchase
-Updating them on order
-Maybe a survey with feedback about the process + review of the product
-Offer a discount + best-sellers

I know, I know, I talk too much about segmentation but they're too important
