Step 1) Went on Upwork.com & hired a VA to scrub me $1,000 emails of coaches / consultants in NY. I paid $190. No particular reason for NY & I am not set on any niche right now - just casting a net and seeing what happens.
Step 2) Downloaded an email blast tool crafted my cold email. It's a super basic email, 1 line. Again, just seeing what types of responses I get.

The nice thing about these 2 Karen responses is that i'm still actively gathering data. And that data is #1) my VA, in those two cases, got me legit email address & #2) my email is going through and is not going to spam. I will post blast results once they all send.
Step 3) I decided that I'm going to wait a few more days to send the 2nd email blast. Out of the 1,000 emails I purchased, 250 have been sent. 80% of those 250 were legit, 20% were dead. Out of the legit emails, 70% responded with an "out of office" automation.
Because of this I am manually reaching out to consultants on Facebook with an extremely basic and direct message. Again, just throwing things out there and seeing what sticks at first. Will iterate over time. Here is the basic message I'm sending:
In last hour I have noticed that many larger consultants have facebook groups with smaller consultants inside of them. To get access to those facebook groups you usually need to buy at least a basic lead magnet. I just dropped $37 for a lead magnet to get access 2 FB group
So total expenses a this point is $227 (1,000 emails + $37 lead mag to get access to more consultants). Will just be finding consultants and sending direct messages for another 1-2 hours. Will update results when I start getting some responses.
Quick update: Total message time: roughly 2 hours. 2 additional calls have been booked for a total of 3 calls.
A big consultant ($700k/mo) hooked me up with one of his small consultants ($100k/mo). Here is that exchange:
I also decided to do about 30 IG DM's. Out of the 30, one guy responded and booked a call. Here is that exchange:
2 hours of outreach has yielded 3 calls. If two of those close, that alone may get me to $8500 / month in this side biz. I am going to step up my outreach and spend another 3-4 hours on it tonight. Have been extremely busy with my main business.
Also want to mention that if you scroll up you could see I purchased a $37 lead magnet that gave me access to a FB group with other consultants. That purchase of $37 is what lead to the introduction of in the above FB message. Great way to find additional high-ticket leads.

Mission accomplished. Closed the first call I got on with a guy in ecomm & already have appointments coming in for him. We clicked & he brought me on instantly. His offer is $5k (really good fucking offer) @ 13% commission. Min quota is 20 sales / month so
This one contract alone will be paying me $12,000-$25,000/ month which is anywhere from $144k-$300k/yr. A 6 figure runrate has been achieved.

Total emails sent: 250
Total FB/IG messages sent: 89
Total expenses: $227

Update:
Currently selling the high-ticket ecomm offer. First 5 days did about $2,600 in commissions (on a $5k offer).
The dude who responded to my insta dm just finished his launch and has a $15k offer apparently. Would yield about $1,800 per sale. Talking to him Thursday.
The cool thing about high-ticket sales is you can (usually) take calls on weekends if you want to and the show rate is usually higher. Gives you an extra work week in the month of $$$ unlike a regular sales position.
