Lel... Above tweet was about Gandhi criticizing British policies aimed at destroying Indian shipping industry.
One of the shipping lines put out of business was run by Jamshedji Tata.
British Companies quoted freight rates at 10% of what Tata promised and sometimes transported cotton for free to Japan.
Once Tata left, freight rates were back to usual.

The Bengal Burma Steam Navigation Company was a small firm engaged in running services between Burma and Bengal. Was subjected to a rate war by the BI and nearly driven to bankruptcy.
Walchand bailed out the company by overnight investing 3,50,000 and acquiring it's management
Walchand Hirachand would have been least affected if the Bengal Burma Steam Navigation sank. But for him, saving an Indian company from a predatory British one was more important.
