A beneficial book written by Shaykh Abdus-Salam b. Barjas and praised by Shaykh Ibn al-Uthaymeen رحمهما الله “Dealing with the rulers in light of the Book [Qur’an] and Sunnah” One of the best authored books in this regard.
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "Listen to them and obey them. They are responsible for their obligations and you are accountable for yours." [Muslim]
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "It is obligatory upon a Muslim to listen (to the ruler) and obey whether he likes it or not, except when he is ordered to do a sinful thing; in such case, there is no obligation to listen or to obey."
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: It is obligatory for you to listen to the ruler and obey him in adversity and prosperity, in pleasure and displeasure, and even when another person is given (rather undue) preference over you.
One of the most profound hadith in this topic of listening to and obeying the ruler.
In another narration: “If anyone has a governor whom he sees doing anything which is an act of disobedience to Allah, he must disapprove of the disobedience to Allah which he commits, but must never withdraw from obedience.” [Muslim]
“O you who believe! Obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you.” [4:59]

Not to dispute and contend those in charge unless you see evident disbelief regarding which you have proof from Allah.
