When I first started my online journey at 14, I was addicted to forums
I made my first online dollar at 14 and by 15 I was flying to Domincan with my cousin because we were making more in a month than our teachers

I began getting some cash flow because I opened a new agency and eCom brand after I split from my partner

The best way to do this? With a subscription model. Who cares if the price is low if the avg person stays for 2 years

For launch, we created a massive hype campaign. I had 6000 followers at the time,

> 7 days of hype - engaging tweets

With 6000 followers I collected 2000 emails.

We grew 250 members just off the launch with its own unique launch pricing.
Immediately, I knew the idea was validated so I began to scale my efforts.
I hired writers to create strategy posts, I challenged myself to write 2 massive posts a week
And I shared every ounce of

Within the first month, multiple members began scaling their businesses.
Hitting 50k weeks, getting their first sales, etc, it was exciting.
Until I realized the growth plateaued.
Why? Because it was too niched

My original idea was to make the community eCom focused, but I noticed the trends on twitter were shifting
Not many people interested in dropshipping anymore, most were going into Agencies thanks to @blackhatwizardd & @PaikCapital

I created something called an offer schedule and I followed it daily - I hired an executive assistant to create tweets about Utopia daily

18% of the people were canceling month over month
The main reason?

There were 2000 posts inside, people were overwhelmed
So I worked with my team and created UTOPIA 2.0

& fixed the majority of the organizational problems in Utopia with

We hit 91%. To this day we are fluctuating between 91-93% month over month
We also hired new writers, community managers, etc which helped make every step of the way as streamlined as possible

@blackhatwizardd @PaikCapital We recently started facebook ads for retargeting.
AOV for monthly membership is $25 - LTV sitting at about $180
But that is with organic traffic, I assume LTV will be less with paid ads because my twitter authority isn't there

We are testing 6 video formats right now, 3 videos a day. We find the winning formats and scale
