@LuckyInvest_AK Unlike Airbnb which is only an aggregator, Oyo takes responsibility of customer service. We will have to read drhp to see what kind of customer stickiness & retention they have been able to achieve (that's the aim of good customer service isnt it).
@LuckyInvest_AK Ove stayed at an Oyo townhouse and it's a good experience. Haven't stayed in any budget Oyo hotels so can't comment on that but imo in hospitality industry one has to really focus on customer feedback.
