The DNA of @LaurusLabs is in its slogan. Knowledge, Innovation, Excellence. LL also emphasizes on Care and Integrity. From small things like, the company paying the same premium on health insurance for all it's employees, irrespective of hierarchy,

To large things like maintaining the same high quality standards across all plants for all it's markets and working to the highest environmental standards, Laurus labs always strives to create value for its stakeholders over the long term and eschews short term gains.

The focus on R&D is the DNA of @LaurusLabs. LL commenced in 2005 and had hired over 350 people in R&D before their first hire in manufacturing in 2006.
In 15 years of operation, Laurus Labs has yet to receive a single adverse remark or letter from any regulatory authority.

This is truly something remarkable imo. Even Divis labs does not have this achievement.
When @LaurusLabs started, not a single bank was ready to give it a loan. It was only @TheOfficialSBI that had enought faith in Laurus Labs and gave it a loan of 200 crore rupees.

Without this loan, it's possible there wouldnt be a Laurus Labs today as it lost around 100 crores in its first 4 years of operations.
Dr. Chava estimates that he spends 25 % of his time reading. He believes that if one does not have free time, then one is not growing.

Dr. Chava is a balanced, able and ambitious general who aims to take LL to 1 billion dollars revenue by FY 23. This is a 50 % jump over FY 21.
