All have one thing in common.
Understand this common link and you can beat it the right way,
With ZERO relapse.

Human beings are biological creatures.
Me and you brother,
We are built the same biologically.
I may be of a different color
living in a different time zone
Speaking a different language
Praying to a different god.
But still
In flesh, blood and bone
We are one.
You and I have the same wants and needs.
We seek approval like the rest of us,
We look for pleasure like the rest of us,
We crave comfort and security like the rest of us.
Our brains fire the same neural circuits,
We are as close to identical as we could be,
Biologically.
However,
There is one differentiating factor between us,
One that gives me authority to guide you on a better path.
One difference that sets us apart,
One that I ABSOLUTELY WILL help you eliminate for good.
You see,
You ARE a slave. I WAS a slave.
That's the difference.
Understand this,
Transformation requires confrontation with your demons.
And my friend,
Sometimes,
Your demons are just yourself in disguise.
Today I speak of one such sly demon
In depth, with clarity and purpose.
Now,
Let's start with answering this question,
What do all of these addictions
Have in Common??
Yes they do have something in common,
Something devious,
Something that strings all of them together into a dangerous web.
A trap that seems impossible to escape.
It's the brain chemical dopamine.
It's responsible for over 90% of your addiction issues.
Your ignorance and a lack of self discipline are to blame here.
Learn how to regulate this chemical and you will be a new man.
I kid you not.
The addiction you have is a constant battle..
Dopamine plus the alcohol / nicotine combination is a hard one to kick.
Let us first understand what this chemical is,
Then we move on to how this chemical affects you,
Finally we will study how to balance it better.
You see,
You cannot eliminate it altogether,
It is an essential part of healthy brain functioning.
The trick is to learn how to have a balanced approach to dealing with it.
IF you can properly regulate and balance this chemical,
you will never be an addict again.
Dopamine is a type of neurotransmitter.
Your body makes it, and your nervous system uses it as a messenger.
That's why it's sometimes called a chemical messenger.
Dopamine plays a BIG role in how we feel pleasure.
It's part of our unique human ability to think and feel.
It helps us feel the pleasure in victory and the drive to conquer.
Too much or too little of it can lead to a vast range of health issues.
Too little and it can lead to severe conditions like depression, parkinsons and schizophrenia.
Too much and essentially your pleasure centers are fried.
Nothing excites you, you have ZERO ambition or drive,
Just a useless blob of flesh that offers no value to anyone.
I will never let you get to this stage,
We will fight this madness TODAY.
When you indulge in addictive substances
Any drug of your choice
They all give you a super shot of dopamine at ONCE.
This floods your system with momentary pleasure,
Your reward centers are all light up like the cockpit of an airplane,
Something it is NEVER supposed to do.
Dopamine is to be released when you do real rewarding things,
Like run a mile, lift weights, Get a promotion, Go on a date..
So what happens when you are getting 10X the regular dose everytime you watch porn or smoke a cigarette
Real life achievements offer no pleasure
This is why porn reduces your sex drive or ambition,
This is why cigarettes, alcohol or tobacco are so hard to quit.
Because they flood you with dopamine.
And you my brother,
You are the addict who is willingly overdosing on this chemical,
EVERYDAY.
This is why you are a slave.
You are a slave to this chemical.
The bigger the hit of dopamine, the greater is your desire for it.
Essentially burning away your natural reward pathways in the brain.
Pathetic.
I have helped over a 100 young men fight this,
Trust me when I say this,
Losing your reward pathways will destroy you.
It's one of the worst ways you can live.
I have met men who felt nothing on the birth of their child because their reward centres were dead.
Tragic.
Let us talk solutions now,
How do you come back to base state?
In medical terms this process is called sensitization and desensitization.
We have to bring you from a state of de - sensitization (Numbed dopamine response) to a base state of normal dopamine levels.
Do this and
No more lack of emotions,
No more lack of drive or energy,
No brain fog and urges.
Most importantly for men,
No porn induced erectile dysfunction.
How do we do this?
We replace the sources of dopamine.
We cut out all extreme dosages.
We give you dopamine in normal amounts from GOOD sources.
We do this over time, 90 days minimum for full reset.
You HAVE TO stick to this for at least 90 - 100 days to see progress.
This is the ONLY WAY.
In these 90 days you must rewire your brain,
You train it to learn how to function with normal dopamine levels.
You train it to get this dopamine from normal SAFE sources
Exercise, productive work, skill development, goal achievement, relationships..
The substance of addiction has a withdrawal period until it's in your blood
Nicotine - 12 days
Alcohol - 5 days i think.
Fight this period,
Then focus on fixing your dopamine release.
Focus on balance.
