In the GUI check:
-if you can log in and connect to the miner
-if pool is up and running
-if config is still the same
-if Firmware is updated
-verify hash rate
-check if main stats page shows failed boards
-check system logs during initial startup/boot up

On the actual machine check:
-for visible damage/ burnt material/status lights
-if power cables are tightly connected if its an external PSU
-reset PSU(s)
-if ethernet cable is tight

Control board check:
Disconnect the cables connected to the hash board and only connect the power connector to the control board. If the miner doesn't turn on, the control board is faulty and needs to be replaced.
