Needs exp w/email design
Responsible for email creative (all visual elements)
Should be evaluated based on quantity & quality of output
Also should be evaluated based on performance of the creative.
Tools used: Design platform, Project Mgmt & Comms
Email Copywriter
Needs exp w/email copywriting
Responsible for email copy (written elements)
Should be evaluated based on quantity & quality of output
Also should be evaluated based on performance of copy
Tools used: Collaborative platform (@googledocs), Project Mgmt & Comms
Email Developer
Needs to have HTML exp
Responsible for taking an email design & custom coding it into ESP
Should be evaluated based on quantity & quality of output
Does the email look good? Does it render across all devices/platforms?
