How To Earn Big Money With Little To 0 Followers

Everyone on twitter says you need traffic + reach (followers) to earn money.
But what if you don’t have any reach?
What if you have like low 2-digit, 3-digit following?
How can you earn money? Is there a way?
I made +600k last year with 63 followers.
So yes there is.
Here's how I did it (and the 5-step plan to copy it in every niche).
It’s one of the all-time favorites from my Sales Playbook.
I call it the AVA.
The Add Value Approach.
How does the AVA work:
Basically you get someone with reach to sell your stuff for you.
Sounds great right?
And it is.
But…
But not in a tricky way! In a mutual win-win way.
It only works when you truly add value, so the person with reach can make way more money with you, then they made without you.
You have to bring something really good to the table. Or it won’t work.
Basically you approach someone with reach to add huge value to their offer - by adding your offer to their offer.
It sounds more complicated then it is.
It works with pretty much every service and in every niche.
I will give you 1 example where I used it:
Mindset Success Coaching
You know mindset success coaches right?
They help their customers set up a good money mindset, learn to sell, stuff like that.
It doesn’t really matter now.
Often, they structure their offer like that:
3 month group coaching (1:n format)
+ some DIY online course
+ some worksheets to download
+ 1:n weekly zoom meeting for training
They sell this for 15k.
At the end the customers got mindset training, sales training,…
But most of them still have a bad website, no email marketing, no content, no marketing strategy,…
But they need all this to execute their success plan.
And this is exactly where AVA comes into play.
I created a package with some freelancers
(website-flip, email marketing, design,..)
to add value and approached some of the coaches with it to ask them for cooperation.
And they ALL said yes.
Why?
They sold it for 15k before.
My share for the package on top was also 15k.
But we did not sell it for 30k. (15+15)
We sold it for 40k.
More value = higher price
Less comparable = higher price
So they made +10k more revenue without having to do more.
And they sold more of it too because the package was a better deal.
So it’s a mutual win-win.
You can do this in nearly every niche and with nearly every service.
You still have to be really good at what you do.
But you can overcome the problem of reach.
There are a lot of channels with reach that are really good at building reach but not very good at selling.
If you are excellent at selling and add true value they will love to work with you.
Just donΒ΄t act like an idiot if you approach them.
