Culturing is another way - but as you know some bacteria dont culture well
There has to be some educated guesswork by the doc, we are still not there

@AbAnand9 Here is another eg from the same dataset - Proteus mirabilis, causes urinary tract infections - at 90% colonization, in a place where it not supposed to be
