On Feb 27-28, 2022, multiple SM users shared a clip of Vladimir Putin speaking in a press conference saying "This week I hosted the Prime Minister of Pakistan, a brave man..... and soon I will visit Pakistan to sign a major pipeline deal.β
Here is a collage of multiple posts made on Facebook that went #Viral. Most of the posts were shared by PTI supporters to highlight current government's achievement.
A reverse image search took us to original video posted on YouTube by The Guardian News on Feb 26, 2022. No such statements were made. Translation says "#Ukrainian govt drug addicts and neo-Nazis"

Conclusion: #ViralVideo of Russsian President Vladimir Putin praising PM Imran Khan & announcing to sign an oil pipeline deal is being shared with incorrect subtitles. In the original video Putin did not referenced Pakistan or PM Imran Khan.
