Here's our exact UGC brand building framework to ensure every piece of content PERFORMS and CONVERTS *THREAD*👇
Step 1: Delve deep into the company background and their USPs. This is key to know what problems their products solve and how we can best represent this journey.
Step 2: Competitor Analysis. For this, we find 3 key competitors and make a list of the positives and negatives of their Tiktok accounts. We also note down what we would do differently, which helps us in the UGC development later!
Step 3: Competitor UGC. We then pull our favorite 6 UGC competitor videos and break them into UGC category types. This could be 'unboxing', 'trends' etc
Step 4: Tiktok customer persona builds. We then build up to 6 Tiktok personas and customer profiles to help direct us to the right types of creators. This breaks down their pain points, discovery, user case study, what they save and finally, the CTA
Step 5: Tiktok Niche list. Once we have an idea of the ideal customers, we know which niches on Tiktok will resonate most. Here we create a list of relvant target niches to go after in our creator blast.
Step 6: UGC brainstorm. We then have a team brainstorming session to see what UGC ideas we can come up with as a team.
Step 7: We then build out a pitch breif deck, to send out to our network of creators. These creators will have been selected through our network, or through the relevant niche targets we have built on the Tiktok marketplace.
