Just finished reading THE GO GIVER by @BobBurg & @JohnDavidMann
Here's my review + takeaways:
Review: The book focuses on teaching insanely valuable lessons about business success through a fictional story. The story is packed with humor & suspense and as to how each chapter ends, you wish to read further to discover more & learn more. I personally loved its every page.
Highly recommend getting one copy and read as soon as possible. This book doesn't worth skipping.
This book teaches 5 LAWS OF STRATOSPHERIC SUCCESS and here they are:
1// The Law of Value
"Your true worth is determined by how much more you give in value than you take in payment."
The core of this law is to surpass the expectations of others when it comes to giving them any product service or idea.

Be willing to give more than you take as payment.
Be clear with your goal which should not be to get paid more, but to give more.
2// The Law of Compensation
"Your income is determined by how many people you serve and how well you serve them."
In other words, your income is directly proportional to the number of people you can reach.

That is the reason actors, athletes, and influencers make huge money whereas people with almost the same skills but limited reach make lower.
E.g, A teacher teaching on Youtube with good reach will make more money than one teaching 20-25 students, at almost the same time.
3// The Law of Influence
"Your influence is determined by how abundantly you place other people's interests first."
This law says that if you place another person's interests first, your interest will always be taken care of. Always.
In most simple words, GIVERS ATTRACT.
4// The Law of Authenticity
"The most valuable gift you have to offer is yourself."
When you have nothing to add to provide more value, you still can add yourself.

It's called authenticity.
No matter what your training, no matter what your skills, no matter what area you're in, you are your most important commodity.
No matter what you think you're selling, what you're really offering is YOU.
5// The Law of Receptivity
"The key to effective giving is to stay open to receiving."
All the first 4 laws focus on giving, but giving isn't complete without receiving.
Receiving is the natural result of giving.

All the giving in the world won't bring success, won't create the results you want, unless you also make yourself willing and able to receive in like measure.
Because if you don't let yourself receive, you're refusing the gifts of others — and you shut down the flow.
