If you have any disputes, you have to file a suit in a Waqf Tribunal WITHIN 1 YEAR of declaring your property as a waqf property.
After 1 year, Just forget it!

The members of the board and ALL OTHERS APPOINTED BY THE BOARD are deemed to be Public Servants!!!!
A waqf property can NEVER BE sold/gifted/exchanged/mortgaged/transferred in any other manner. It can only be leased/rented out!
This means:
