Issue objective. Refer to previous tweet for product developed & awaiting sales generation.
Growth prospect looks good. Debt level looks ok & need monitoring. Management Compensation is a bit high IMO. Though is a defence equipment manufacturer but I do no see any complex products but more commodity type ones. Operating margin has been on upward trajectory.
Overall a good opportunity if asking price is reasonable. Let's wait for Issue Price.
