There is continued effort to rebrand the #EndSARS protests as a violent uprising against #Nigeria's government.
THIS IS FALSE. The protests were peaceful until the govt began to use thugs to attack protesters, THEN killed its own citizens in the #LekkiMassacre.

Government-backed thugs set fire to cars belonging to protesters. The protests were peaceful, and the protest organisers had cars parked in an orderly fashion, to prevent obstruction of traffic.

Levies for whom? Or for what?

#EndSARS was peaceful, and it was for the greater good.
It is to #Nigeria's eternal shame that till today @PoliceNG still behaves in EXACTLY the same way that the protesters complained about.
