The answer is Pulmonary embolism.
We have to recognize Pulmonary embolism which is blockage in the Pulmonary artery that cut the blood flow to the lungs or lart of it. early recognition of Pulmonary embolism can save live.
The clot (blockage) usually will be coming from DVT.
DVT is Deep Vein Thrombosis
Risk factor for Pulmonary embolism.

-smoker
-long and recent travel
-surgery
-Birth control and pregnancy
-Old patient who can not walk
