The fact is that in this country the major tribes vote along tribal lines. The only tribe which can boast of voting without tribal considerations are Luhyas. This is probably because Luhyas aren't really a cohesive tribal grouping.
If Kikuyus voting against Odinga amounts to voting against Luos then when Luos vote against a Kikuyu candidate they are voting against Kikuyus. This is absolute nonsense.
Luos and Kikuyus have never been on the ballot. An individual is not a tribe. Odinga should sell his agenda to Kikuyus and not hide behind non-existent hatred for Luos.
