Arrival of the HMIC, Alh. Lai Mohammed to #DangoteFertiliserPlant. Itโs Africa's largest Granulated Urea Fertiliser complex. The plant occupies 500 hectares of land in Lekki Free Trade Zone, Lagos Nigeria. It was built at a cost of $2.5 Billion.
Nigeria is estimated to need abt 5-7mil metric tones p/a of fertiliser and with the current level of fertiliser consumption in the country which is 1.5 mil metric tonnes, #DangoteFertiliser complex was established to produce 3 mil metric tonnes p/a of urea fertiliser in phase 1

#DangoteRefinery is a 650,000 barrels per day (BPD) integrated refinery project under construction in the Lekki Free Zone near Lagos, Nigeria. It is expected to be Africaโs biggest oil refinery and the worldโs biggest single-train facility.
