Second, take the "Practical ethical hacker" course by @TCMSecurity, here you will get hands on, practical training of how to perform a pentest & write a detailed report. They also have courses on windows/linux privilege escalation, python, movement & pivoting, and more.
Third, practice your skills on @RealTryHackMe and @hackthebox_eu. Post all of your progress & LinkedIn & Twitter. Put your personal projects & experience on your resume.
Fourth, record & post videos of you preforming a penetration test on YouTube. Make tutorials on how to perform & mitigate many different attacks. Share that content on all of your social media for recruiters & employers to see.
