I enjoy being around, and having conversations with people way older than I am. It has taught me alot.

Being around people who have most likely experienced what you're going through will show you how less of a big deal your problems are.
It doesn't mean you shouldn't face them, but letting it weigh you down is ridiculous.

2. Everyone has something to learn.
Younger people think they know everything. Older people think their opinions are the only correct options.
The wisest in the room is the one who's willing to listen and learn - whether old or young.
