3/ Trade mainly spot & when u start making profits there.
When u still feel like gambling, open a separate account with small size and try your luck. If you're good at it, you can start increasing size slowly

4/ Where leverage can be useful is hedging your spot long positions or generally shorts but in most cases, you are good to go with 1x using proper risk management.
