LONG THREAD
1)
Two arrested “fake Homeland Security agents” were able to compromise the US Secret Service
-Both had visas to #Iran
-Biden admin refuses to confirm they have links to Iran’s #IRGC & intel, despite plausible evidence
-They “went unnoticed” for at least two years
2)
Arian Taherzadeh, 40, and Haider Ali, 35, began their plot in Feb 2020.
Reminder: #Iran’s former #IRGC Quds Force chief Qassem Soleimani was killed in January 2020.
The two provided many lavish gifts, including rent-free $40,000/year apartments to U.S. Secret Service agents.
3)
The two lived for a “year-and-a-half living in a luxury apartment building allegedly posing as federal agents” and “hanging out with residents and cozying up to people working for government – including at least four Secret Service agents.”
4)
One of the Secret Service agents accused of getting gifts from Taherzdeh and Ali worked on First Lady Jill Biden's security detail, according to the affidavit. That agent, as well as three others, have been placed on leave as an investigation continues.
5)
They were under investigation for possible ties to #Iran’s intelligence & Revolutionary Guards (#IRGC) / IRGC Quds Force.
FYI: Biden has been considering delisting the IRGC from the State Dept’s terror blacklist.

6)
A former rep of Crossing DC who worked at the building since the start of Taherzadeh's lease confirmed that none of the units were being paid for at any time. When asked why they were not paying rent on the units, the individual responded with one word: 'Government'.
7)
Somebody Tipped Off the 2 Fake Feds Arrested for Duping Secret Service, DOJ Says
-Who didn't want them arrested/wanted them to have time to eliminate evidence? Anyone within Biden’s admin?
-Why? Anything to do with the current nuclear talks with #Iran?
thedailybeast.com
8)
They “were somehow tipped off to their arrest last week, allowing them to stash guns and other items…”
-What “other items”?
-And how did they obtain “training manuals from the Department of Homeland Security and Naval Criminal Investigative Service”?
9)
More troubling, the pair appear to have been tipped off to the FBI’s impending raid and arrest, and tried to ditch some potentially incriminating items via a Secret Service agent assigned to protect the White House, prosecutors said.
10)
Ali, according to Taherzadeh, was the one able to gain access codes and a list of tenants in the Crossing DC apartment complex, which includes many real federal agents, those working for the White House and congressional aides and advisors.
11)
Agents with the FBI, NCIS and USPIS swarmed several floors and units of a luxury apartment building in southeast Washington, D.C.
12)
Taherzadeh is accused of providing US Secret Service members & a DHS employee with rent-free apartments, iPhones, surveillance systems, a drone, a flat screen TV, an assault rifle case, a generator, & law enforcement equipment.
Imagine the intel he could have gathered...
13)
The US gov recovered Ali’s passport containing three "older" Pakistani visas & two Iranian visas from 2019 & January 2020. There was an indication on Ali's Iranian visa that he had entered that country at some point, prosecutors said.
14)
One item recovered was a machine to create Personal Identification Verification (PIV) cards and passport photographs.
15)
The duo allegedly obtained paraphernalia, handguns, and assault rifles “used by federal law enforcement agencies.”
16)
As more details emerge, the more one realizes the depth of Biden's #appeasement of #Iran's regime. The administration must be going to great length in keeping a lid on this matter.
17)
Two important nuggets on the two "fake Homeland Security" agents with possible links to #Iran who literally infiltrated & compromised the U.S. Secret Service.

18)
A cache of weapons and police equipment were found in apartments maintained by the men.
Prosecutors describe one of the accused as "a flight risk, given his history of travel to Pakistan and #Iran."

19)
Recovered from Ali and Taherzadeh's units in Crossing DC were several articles of clothing with logos and claims of being law enforcement.
20)
“… the two stand accused of attempting to con an unnamed 'applicant' to join their Homeland Security task force they invented.”
21)
Taherzadeh validated in an interview with law enforcement that the claim in the affidavit from one witness that 'he did in fact shoot someone with an Airsoft gun' during a 'recruitment' process to his fake agency to test the individuals reaction and pain tolerance.
22)
Questions:
-How did they obtain police equipment to use in duping federal agents?
-How did they obtain DHS documents and photos to pretend they were in training classes?
-Why weren’t DHS & Secret Service agents on high alert for such possibilities?
23)
And how did authorities discover their plot?
Literally by chance.
24)
Just after the interaction with a Postal Inspector in March, which eventually led to the duo's arrest, Taherzadeh said that he started deleting law enforcement material from his social media.
Much of Ali's Facebook has been deleted, but some images remain.
25)
“Secret Service personnel—two agents and two uniformed division officers—appear to have been ‘genuinely duped’ by the suspects”
Considering the iPhones & other equipment they were gifted by the suspects, God knows what kind of info the suspects were able to obtain.
26)
The FBI also singled out a Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) employee who interacted with Taherzadeh and is listed among DHS personnel who received gifts from the suspects.
27)
Feds investigators "aren’t suggesting they’re Iranian-financed operatives."
My take:
As seen in the Afrasiabi case put on hold, the Biden administration is keeping a lid on cases related to #Iran, in order to, God forbid, not upset Tehran's regime.
28)
Kaveh Afrasiabi was arrested in January for acting as an agent of #Iran's regime.
justice.gov
The Biden White House has kept this case on ice to not disrupt the Iran nuclear talks.

29)
Read this thread for more on Afrasiabi to realize the depth of Biden's #appeasement vis-a-vis #Iran's regime in a desperate bid to obtain a #WeakerIranDeal.
ADDENDUM:
Keep an eye on this.
ADDENDUM:
If the Biden administration is " trying to normalize Iranian plots to kill Americans on U.S. soil in the pursuit of a nuclear deal," one can assume someone from the inside tipped off Taherzadeh & Haider Ali.
#Iran
#Appeasement
ADDENDUM:
A DC judge decided to release the two because:
-isn’t convinced that there are links to Pakistan intel
(Iran?)
-Taherzadeh showed ‘sophomoric behavior, not the sort of serious dangerous conduct that require pre-trial detention.’
Corrupt judge?
