Xtian and atheist missionaries claim the Qur'an to have been copied from xtian and jewish sources.
Inshallah, we will debunk today the father of this claim, whose work is the foundation for this theory: Abraham Geiger

Inshallah, we will debunk today the father of this claim, whose work is the foundation for this theory: Abraham Geiger
Geiger was a historian from the 19th century. He wrote the book: "Was hat Muhammad aus dem Judenthum รผbernommen"
In it, he has the same approach:
quotes a jewish book (Midrashim, Bible, Talmud), compares it to Qur'an and when there is a similiarity, he claims the Qur'an copied

The examples Geiger discusses are the foundation for the xtian and atheist missionaries of today.
Now, Geiger died 150 years ago. Today we know a lot more than him back then.
Firstly, the first Arabic translations of the Bible appear 200-300 years after The Prophet saws

The Prophet saws never learned reading Arabic, in order not to be accused of copying.
Also, he did not speak Hebrew, nor Aramaic, nor Greek, let alone could he read it.
We also have no archaeological evidence for the existence of these books in the Arab Peninsula in 7th cent

All the Qur'anic chapters speaking about past historical events were revealed in Mekka.
The Prophet met jews only 13 years later in 600 miles away Medina.
He had a cousin (Waraqa) who was xtian, but he spent his life in Syria and died 3 days after Begin of Revelation

Waraqa was nowhere there when rabbis in Medina came to The Prophet and challenged him by asking all sorts of questions.
Claiming that the jews taught the Prophet saws is absurd.

Besides all of this,Geiger and missionaries make a logical fallacy:
Just cuz two texts talk about the same event and sound similar in some points, one can't automatically assume that one must have copied from the other
Not to mention that Geiger never explained how Muhammad got
