In this thread I’ll be giving away all my secret tricks to book meetings through LinkedIn, but this shit can work anywhere. (FB, IG, Twitter, etc)
I’m gonna to take you through the ENTIRE process from the very first touchpoint to a sales meeting booked
I’m gonna to take you through the ENTIRE process from the very first touchpoint to a sales meeting booked
Im not gonna go into the technical stuff like connecting and automating.
this is purely how to talk with strangers through text and getting them on a meeting with you
if you find it valuable I would be a happy boy if you retweeted it

4. Coffee Date Before Dinner Reservation
5. Demo call --> Sales call

but before we get started, shoutout Brian Choi, that have literally learned me everything I know about converting people into meetings through messenger
he deserves all this credit
anyways, lets fucking go

1. The Opener
so unless you've found yourself a nice little untapped market, your prospects is likely getting hit up 10-100 times A DAY.
just think about that
100 times a day are they getting hit up on email, FB, IG Linkedin, you name it

just think about that
100 times a day are they getting hit up on email, FB, IG Linkedin, you name it
thats why you need to ask yourself:
"how am I different right now, and why would my prospect decide to answer me back"
"how am I standing out right now"
you have to realize, if you are having a generic non-unique offer
you better believe they have been pitched that before

you have to realize, if you are having a generic non-unique offer
you better believe they have been pitched that before
so how do you stand out?
you do the opposite of what everyone is doing
everyone on here is saying:
"pump those numbers up babyyy, let dat shit rip boiiii"
and that's fair enough if you're just doing email
but doesn't make sense on social media platforms like LinkedIn

so instead of sending a gigantic block of text, that everyone and their grandma knows is automated
you either send them a short little question, asking them into a pain point of theirs that you help solve
you either send them a short little question, asking them into a pain point of theirs that you help solve
or you give them a compliment + "walk away"
I love the last tactic as its such an easy way to start a conversation
heres an example:
I love the last tactic as its such an easy way to start a conversation
heres an example:
let's say they just posted something about them having a record month or something
now you can message them:
"thats such an insane milestone haha, big congratz"
"keep it up"
now you can message them:
"thats such an insane milestone haha, big congratz"
"keep it up"
two messages, not one
makes you seem human as fuck.
small letters here is also key

small letters here is also key
the "keep it up" at the end is the important part
its the same tactic the nerd PUA's use
they give a compliment to a girl at a bar, and then acts like they walk away
and when the girl then responds, they will start talking to her
its the same tactic the nerd PUA's use

and when the girl then responds, they will start talking to her
we try to do the same here, by "walking away"
so instead of the prospect feeling like they are being sold to at the very first message
you walk away away from the conversation and act like you're never gonna talk to the person again
good shit right?

2. Building Rapport
Okay, so you've gotten some replies
what do you know?
"ohh noo, I thought I could just automate all my messages and people would magically book a meeting with me?"
not how it works

not how it works
see LinkedIn as if you were talking to a girl on IG
you dont ask her if she wants to fuck in the first message
I mean you could do, but the reply rate would be low as fuck for most of you
and its the same as going straight for the sales call on LinkedIn
you dont ask her if she wants to fuck in the first message
I mean you could do, but the reply rate would be low as fuck for most of you
and its the same as going straight for the sales call on LinkedIn
but you also want to find a good balance
cause you dont wanna sit there and waste the prospects time
remember its CEO's you're talking to, they're busy

remember its CEO's you're talking to, they're busy
just have some quick random back n forths
and show em that you are an actual human capable of having a normal conversation
5-10 back n forths seems to be the sweet spot

3. How to Transition into Call
If you were talking about some random shit, you want to steer the conversation into a call now
but in a smooth way
"hey man, I’ve been wanting to ask you something if thats okay?"
they say "sure"

and then you say
"I might be able to help with x,y,z but let me know if this is me being too nosey I totally get it"
see how we are LEANING OUT again
really powerful

another really effective way to do this is by creating a little 20 second voice note
voice notes are super personal, they get to hear your voice, and they ALWAYS open and hear them

4. Coffee Date Before Dinner Reservation
remember how we dont ask a girl to fuck on first message?
its a lot easier to ask a girl out for a quick coffee, than to get them to come home to your place
same thing when booking meetings

thats why we try to set up a 15 min demo call, before a longer sales call
its also a good way to qualify prospects, instead of wasting 45 min on a sales call with unqualified leads
its also a good way to qualify prospects, instead of wasting 45 min on a sales call with unqualified leads
most important thing about the demo call is that its NOT a sales call
its a way for you to GET the sales call, but you're not actually selling on this call
so make sure the prospect doesn't feel they're being sold to
its a way for you to GET the sales call, but you're not actually selling on this call
so make sure the prospect doesn't feel they're being sold to
A great fucking tip I have for you guys here is that its a lot easier to set up the demo call as a quick phone call, rather than a 15 min zoom call
works the same way, and at the end you just ask if they would be interested in a longer conversation over zoom
works the same way, and at the end you just ask if they would be interested in a longer conversation over zoom
if your prospect is hesitant to this 15 min demo call, its cause they feel sales pressure
sales pressure defusers:
"dont worry, you can leave credit card at home"
"dont worry I'm not good at sales anyways, so I wont be able to sell you anything in 15 minutes"

"dont worry, you can leave credit card at home"
"dont worry I'm not good at sales anyways, so I wont be able to sell you anything in 15 minutes"
5. Demo call --> Sales call
aight so far, so good
you got yourself a demo call, good shit
now you need to know what to say, so you dont just end up chit chatting for 15 min and then never talk to them again
aight so far, so good
you got yourself a demo call, good shit
now you need to know what to say, so you dont just end up chit chatting for 15 min and then never talk to them again
1) quick small chit chat whatever
2) disovery: problems/current situation
3) give some insight and make them feel understood
4) book call:
"so if you're interested we could hop on longer call over zoom where I could give you a bit more context on how I could be able to help"

3) give some insight and make them feel understood
4) book call:
"so if you're interested we could hop on longer call over zoom where I could give you a bit more context on how I could be able to help"
and there you have it
you just got yourself a sales call
very not invasive, very low pressure and very human

6. What Gets Measured , Gets Improved
heres how we get more calls booked in and improve our stats
Ask yourself:
- How many no-shows and why?
- How many cancels and why?
- Not enough calls being booked and why?
- Where in the conversation is people dropping off and why?

I have solutions for all these problems, but don't wanna make the thread too long
think for yourself and improve, its not that hard
and for my last tip:

and for my last tip:
7. Don't be Cringe, be Human
pretty simple
but please just think about the fact that it's an actual human on the other end
talk to them like you would with a friend
have normal casual conversations
and treat LinkedIn like the social media it is
