under-30s don't have heart attacks if they are athletic, because heart attacks require that blood flow to the heart is restricted and heart muscle dies.
It's almost impossible to develop coronary artery disease at that age if you don't have massive and known risk factors.

The commonest being super morbid obesity and congenital severe heart disease. Neither of which are seen in these kind of athletes.

So to do this assume that the overall body of athletes has remained steady over the years. Let's say 100,000 a year. In 10 years we found 1 heart attack (1m denominator).
So, what's the probability that we find 2 in 1 year?
