Just In: Jodhpur bench of Rajasthan High Court grants 15 day parole to 34 year old Nandlal, man serving life imprisonment to make his wife pregnant. Court has ruled that not doing so would deprive prisonerβs wife of the Right to Progeny.
High Court while granting 15 days Parole says though Nandlal is serving life imprisonment, his wife has not committed any offence and is not under any punishment and thus she has the right to progeny.
