Twitter optimization involves updating your Twitter account up to standard so that it can be selected by the giveaway bot (Twitterpicker).
The giveaway bot is programmed to look out for some things in the profile of every account that enters for a giveaway. These are:

1. Your PFP or avatar: If your account doesn't have a profile picture, the giveaway bot disqualifies you before even doing the raffle.
2. Your banner: Any account without a banner is also disqualified by the bot. You know what a banner is, right? The CFCW in the picture below

3. Your bio: No bio, no entry. Make sure you have a bio, no matter how wack it is.
4. Account age: This is set by the host. He can decide to put it at 1 month or 6 months. So if your account has been on a Twitter less than 1 month, you'll never win a giveaway with this filter.
