When starting out I will bucket multiple different audience targeting options into one campaign. I will pick strong keywords, competitor websites, warm audiences etc. My goal is to eventually separate this out into multiple campaigns to separate the variables

I have one campaign targeting various different competitor websites. Some of the competitor websites targeted have links to specific product pages which have received a substantial amount of traffic for a similar product

I have a second campaign similar to the first one but instead of targeting competitor websites in this campaign it is targeting warm audiences. I tend to use the brand name keywords more in this campaign.

With the apps campaign I notice extremely cheap clicks that convert at a lower rate with this campaign type. I target apps like DoorDash and other food related apps in one asset group, then fitness apps in 2 different asset groups for a weight loss product

I have one asset group for brand keywords and one asset group for cold keywords. The keyword campaign allows you to target keywords related to your product or your brand. This is the second highest spending campaign

The best performers in order were Competitor Websites, Warm Audiences, Keywords Campaign, and Apps. Apps had CPC as low as $0.04 at scale but the quality of traffic is lower than competitor website traffic and other available options
