People nowadays are aware of FCRA, spl after many crowdfunding scams were exposed, including Rana Ayyub's one. Since M2S doesn't have FCRA clearance, it didn't accept foreign funds per se, BUT huge sum of Rs 27L was received from overseas donors in Indian currency.

As expected USA, Saudi Arab, UAE top the list. However this is quite a matter of scanning such an amount just in a span of 48hrs from foreign donors through Indian banks, shouldn't be to dodge FCRA gateways.

Btw, this is not only crowdfunding, M2S has started several other & have completed the target of another Rs73L, all for again, resettlement of Khargone illegal encroachers, all from the minority community.

M2S started after 2020, and largely works for the settlement of illegal Rohingyas migrants in Delhi & some parts of Haryana. In there report they cited one MHA report where its mentioned there are 40K Rohingyas there in India.

However founder of M2S, Aasif Mujtaba give it a miss that in the same MHA report (a RS's query's response) by Rejuji, clearly quoted that these 40K illegal immigrants infiltered India through WB without documents & also suggested states must look into their "activities"

Agencies should look into such funds, including sum of overseas, for law violators & illegal immigrants technically right & also if utilized for said purpose.

Ok! So Shaheenbagh organiser and founder of M2S Aasif Mujtaba is accepting funds from IBFNET also! What is IBFNET? Its a Crypto based Zakat org. Therefore M2S is dodging FCRA exploiting Blockchain tech! How it is NOT accounted to money laundering and violation of FCRA?

For funds collection some kiddish tactics also used like actor Hrithik Roshan donated 1L, however there is No such entry. Top two donors with 1L are anonymous (well wisher). The handle with 30K followers went one step ahead & โyes I confirmed itโ when someone raised suspicion.

This resettlement is happening when intel raised about infiltration of teฯorsยกt thru Rohingyas camp. SC denied interfering into MHA led deportation of illegal immigrants in 2017 when Sibal & Bhushan moved against MHA's actions. DefMin Rajnath Singh has reiterated sec threats.
