This involves a scammer creating fake profiles on dating or social media sites and apps with the intention of creating a false romantic connection with a victim, in order to build trust and exploit it for financial gain

This a type of investment scam, in which people hoping to invest in digital currencies such as BTC are scammed out of their money, the scammers can also post messages on social media promising access to digital currencies for a small token to paid to them

The scammers use social engineering skills to trick victims into divulging their sensitive information, they can also convince victims to download malicious softwares, and some go to the extend of convincing victims to pay for unnecessary tech services.

They scammer calls, text, or dms a target especially through Linkedin claiming to be a recruiter an offering a fake but a very attractive job offer in an attempt to deceive the victim into paying some money for the job process or the job itself

This sites offer a 'too good to be true' kind of a deal to deceive users into divulging sensitive information like ATM card details by redirecting them to a malicious link
